Owner and inspector David has had a considerable upbringing in
construction. Having an early start in his career, he began with
residential framing and trim carpentry, commercial painting,
among other trades. Followed by over 12 years of experience as
a superintendent for a local new construction builder. He
obtained a valuable understanding of the building process, from
laying out complex foundations to walking homeowners through
their new homes.
